With lots of diving and researching and massive use of the Wayback Machine, I've been able to create a full-ish history of the awards. I say "ish" because I can't locate the 2003 results anywhere (since the contents of OTL are inaccessible and I don't have access to that old email account any way). But I did find my segment for the award ceremony!
