Okay, new week, lovely day... let's see if I can't pull myself out of this funk I've been in for about a week.

What I need right now (besides large amounts of money and some cute twenty-something to shower me with attention and nookie) is some work. Something to keep me busy. But of course, today would have to be one of our quiet days - not even any new police charges to put on. Or Pete forgot that part of the collection from the police station. Damn. So, looks like it's just answering the phones and the counter for me, now I've cleared what little correspondence we got this morning.

*hohums* So, how's about some entertainment? Fic, betas, random drive-by smoochings... The friends list has my work email, let's be having you. ;)

Well, I'm twenty, and I've already threatened, er, promised to shower you with attention. As for the nookie... I'm, like, about two or three continents away from you, so... *shrugs*

I'd let you beta the fic I'm working on now, but I'm only a couple of paragraphs into the prologue. *g* If you're still interested when it's finished, it's all yours.

*grins* Must be my fairy godmother day. Pity there aren't any offers for large amounts of cash to go with all these twenty-somethings propositioning me. ;)

If it's that Shantytown fic you mentioned, I would definitely be interested in looking at it. Send it to my work email when you're done?

Thanks! It is indeed. And I'd be happy to let you look it over. It should be a bit... different from my usual fics, but I think it'll be good. Not sure how long it'll be, though, but it'll be coming, sooner or later.

And I don't really have ANY cash. *shrugs* Sorry.
