Only an hour to go...
Thank goodness for that.
Feeling really flat today. I'm guessing it's because I didn't sleep very well - I kept waking up, and tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable. I think I'm going to haev to lash out and get myself either a thicker mattress for the sofabed, or a proper single bed (single would be all I could fit in the room). And a better pillow - I had to retire my previous favourite, and the one I have now is worse than useless. I've had a tension headache all day, and my shoulders are absolutely sceraming. And my back isn't that happy with me either.
I've got a feeling I'll be exchanging tonight's karate session for an hour soaking in the indoor pool at Brunnie Baths - the hot water at home isn't hot enough, and I need to soak. Well, I need a backrub, but that isn't going to happen, unless I find a way do it myself without removing my arms.
A good night to avoid going online, I think. I'm feeling whiny and God knows I don't need another one of those kinds of posts. Especially with things that are going on with others that are far more important.
