Happiness is...

...going to the gym finally, practicing my guitar and realising I haven't lost the knack like I thought I had the other night, and spending the night in the company of friends with a rather fun band to watch.

It doesn't get a hell of a lot better than this, except maybe if nap time had been involved somewhere...
