Everybody's working for the weekend
Well, most people are. I seem to struggle through weekends to get to the working week at the moment.
Had breakfast with [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] on Saturday, and then went back to their place to watch Green Wing, one of those zany British comedies set in a hospital and highly addictive. OhFran Caroline, your looniness is so... familiar, actually. We won't mention the part where I've done the same drunken snogging thing.
I also went for a walk, all the way around the lake in High Park. At dusk, which meant it was getting pretty cold for a while there, but hey, I needed the exercise.
Speaking of cold... it's not here. 19 degrees C today, which I know certain folks on my flist will want to beat me with sticks for, but I say unto them, blame Toronto and its wacky mild winters.
Heh, I've used 'zany' and 'wacky' in the same post.
Sunday didn't exist. Almost literally - I spent the day in bed unconscious from a blood sugar crash. Bleah.
I'm also doing the work of two people today, and the phone won't stop ringing, so I'll end there. But! I did work on my resume last night. At 3 in the morning. *cough* So stage one of the plan is in fact under way, go me.
And now to the print shop in the basement! Away!
