Q; Does this imply that your Court List is small relative to the Normal State of Things, or that it is, in absolute terms, hobbit-sized (approx. 1-1.25m) and therefore frightening?

Meaning it's the size of a hobbit. Three feet of files. Pray for me, as I'm just about to head off to court. ;)
