For what it's worth...

I finished the (hopefully) final Collective Mutants today. Yes, I'm as sick of that damn series as you are, but it's done and off to the betas, so much relief. It also means I can work on something else, which will either be the Powers story I started back last year in an IHOP in Baltimore at [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] or the Powers/Books of Magic crossover [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] prompted which has developed a plot, much to my consternation.

I need to see The Two Towers again before I can even start the LotR story involving Faramir and Boromir I have in mind.

Went to a trivia afternoon with Bounce and Yasmin today down at the Sporting Club Hotel in Weston Street. We did pretty well, considering there were only three of us and it was our first time. Next time, the Maelstrom (which was our team name) will go in force and we shall be victorious. ;)

And now, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is on SBS. I'm off to get my fix of martial arts prettiness, at least until I fall asleep - I'm pretty tired, after some seriously screwed up dreams last night involving cleaning up after an older lady (supposed to be my mother, but not actually my mother) had beaten someone to death with a baseball bat. My subconscious sucks sometimes...

Well, you may be sick of it, but your fans want MORE. Who are you to deny us? I, for one, will not be even remotely satisfied until the 100th multi-part story appears!

Note: the preceding paragraph is not to be taken seriously.

The important thing is: did the bat have a cork core?

Tim! Deena! Tim! Deena!

Was telling someone about that last night and gloating like a gloating thing (wait, that'd be you!) and yeah...

Hee!! What more does a girl need, really, to make her life complete, than a collection of willing slaves to make stories happen for them?
