That's just stupid. I can understand parking in the wrong place once (which I have done before) and getting a ticket. I plead not guilty through the Internet and got the ticket dismissed. I'm going to visit a friend in NYC today and park in the same vicinity. You betcha I'm going to be very careful about where I put my car because I sure as heck can't afford a $100 fine and I'm sure the defense I used the first time can't be used again.

That's just stupidity at work, I believe.
