Night of the Furbies

Okay, I might have said before about my partner at work, Sarah, and her Furby fascination. She's been buying and selling the little fuzzy monsters on eBay, as well as selling them to various people at work. Tonight there are three Furbies in the building - two sitting on the main desk right near me, and one with one of the mortuary technicians. Right now the two on the desk are talking to each other.

It's very disturbing.

Still, it's a way to keep me entertained on night shift.

Oh God, now they're singing to each other. Hide me.

The only cool Furby was the offical Gizmo Furby.

Furbies are scary. Particularly when you walk in the toy isle in the Walmart and someone turned them all ON.

RW and I did the above panic/run/flail thing once. Cause we're silly that way. (Well, the people around us thought we were funny, too. One even got the "We lost our SAN roll" quip.)

I want a Cthulhu furby, dammit! *grins* I have an urge to make one up and have Jubilee purchase it on the roadtrip.

They make regular Cthulhu stuffed critters... and Nyar too! :D

Hee. I know. :) I've got a Yog Soggoth and a plushie Cthulhu! And I got Matt a Deep One for Christmas. :) But this Cthulhu must move, and talk in Old speech! I'm sure someone could have crossed a furby and a Cthulhu *grins*

My sisters and I had Furbys. Mac's danced, and mine sang. By the end of the night, they'd taught my *older* sister's to sing, so they could both dance, and they would argue about who had to sing when we took hers away...

Creeeeeepy.
