Dear Geoff,

There's a reason we have sick days. It's so people don't bring their illnesses to work and give them to everyone else.

Thanks for nothing. Especially when I'm going to Sydney tomorrow and I'm sure the gang is going to apprecite a be-lurghied me. Grr.
