It's gotten to the point now where I have seen two separate instances of:

Do not make snarky comments to or about me in my journal.

in other people's journals.

I don't think this is what Brad and the other livejournal folks had in mind.

That's why my friends list, while big, is carefully monitored and edited as warranted.

And why I don't take people off and put them back on depending on who I'm happy with right this second. I know arguments between mature adults will pass and everything'll be cool again.

I think people should remember the golden rule, as elementary as that sounds. But apparently that's not happening.

I wish I knew how to fix it.
