For those playing at home...

So, I've felt pretty deathly for the last few days, and since yesterday I've had pain in my back and in my right side, just under my ribcage. Plus, joy of joys, I threw up last night at the pub (Band Night) after just half a pint. I got home tonight and passed out for a couple of hours - sorry, Kate! - woke up feeling less tired but still chilled and achey.

Off to the doctor tomorrow, then, after my counselling appointment. You get to guess what I have! Either way, yay antibiotics. Not!

I don't see gallbladder listed...or have you already had that out?

Hope you feel better soon.

*winces*

Hate to say it, Rossi, but nausea and vomiting with pain under the right, lower ribs is highly suspicious for gallbladder problems. Hope it isn't that either, but the laparoscopic cholecystectomies are pretty quick with recovery time these days.

I second the gallbladder comment above... it's too high for appendix, which is characterized by flank pain. Kidney is a possibility, any UTIs lately?

Feel better.

Two of my co-workers just had them within six months of each other. Recovery's pretty quick, even quicker if you're in shape.

Bloody hell. It never ends, does it? I hope you get better soon.

Kidney infections cause pain predominantly on the left lower back and abdomen, from personal experience. So chances are it's not that.

*hugs* I hope it's nothing serious. Let me know what's up when you get back in?
