All I want for wishes is...

Okay, I've avoided most of the surveys going around - there's only so much you guys want to know about me, after all *grins* - but after seeing this in a couple of LJs, I had to join in.

Kielle's wish list:

If Applicable, Make A Wish For:

Your mother: That she learns to have faith in herself, and that the golf courses are always kind to her.

Your father: Freedom from the past.

Your sibling: That he finds someone to share his life and give him the chance to be a dad, because I think he would be great at it.

Your boy/girlfriend or spouse: N/A

Your family as a whole: Peace, happiness and personal satisfaaction.

Somebody else you're related to: For my grandparents, contentment and good health.

Now, Make Wishes For:
Five friends (one each): Only five?

Yasmin: Freedom and independance.

Farli: Success, direction and an end to writer's block.

Seraph: Her new life in the US, and that she doesn't lose our email addies. ;)

Ashlan: Confidence in herself, and the best art school in the world.

Mel: Melvania.

A celebrity you like: JMS - time management. *grins*

A celebrity you dislike: The PM, John Howard - a very nasty dose of some horrible skin disease; maybe scabies.

A community or group you belong to: May the ideas always flow and maybe the feedback be frequent and long.

Your state/province: Better pay for public servants. ;)

Your country: An end to the cultural cringe and may Pauline Hanson return to her fish and chip shop, never to raise her head in politics again.

The world (besides peace and an end to hunger/prejudice ;) : Green living.

Now, For Yourself -- Wish For Something:

...selfless & noble: To win an obscene amount of money, which I would then use to pay off the debts of my family and friends, donating the remainder to evironmental groups and charities.

...selfish & FUN: To write a best seller of the scope of JK Rowling, quit my job, and spend the next ten years travelling around the world with Mel as my 'companion'.

...you wanted when you were a kid: To be a writer. Oh, and a book that never finished.

...you wanted when you were a teenager: To never be lonely.

...you'll want when you grow old: That I never act (or look) my age.

...small that you can make come true this week: Go see Kiss Of The Dragon with David. :)

...completely impossible, but you can dream right?: An end to all those real life worries, like money and work and what to make for dinner. ;)

... intermediate wish? That I can save more than enough money to travel next year, and see all the people and places I want to see.
