I can't feel my knees

Crap on a stick, it's cold out there. Went out for lunch, maybe a fifteen minute walk in total, and I'm only just thawing out from the return trip. Mind you, it is minus ten Celcius, with a windchill that makes it feel like -18.

And I would be wearing a skirt. Somehow, I don't think I'll be doing the longer walk home tonight, not unless I want to seriously court frostbite. Did it last night, at least.

You know I love you like you were my own blood, but you can really be dim sometimes.

You're in Canada now. In winter.

It gets _cold_.

STOP WEARING SKIRTS TO WORK! Or, if you must, layer on the tights and whatnot so that you can retain the use of your extremities!

With fond chuckling,

Redhawk

LAYERS! Layers are your friends, Tropics Girl!

It's cold up there, I'll give you that. But you're also not dressed for it.

The natives aren't freezing. Take your cues from them.

To be fair, the natives are most definitely freezing today. Lunch was a pretty brutal ordeal for me in my dress pants too. :P

Uh, YES WE ARE.

At least, I was when I walked home this evening from Yorkdale. It's fucking FREEZING out there with that wind, and I'm from the prairies.
