It has come to our attention that you have not fulfilled your contract with us in terms of maintenance of the property which you currently inhabit. Your latest inspsection, conducted by Dr. Dray, details the following:

* deterioration of the outer surface due to sun damage.
* swelling of the walls in a number of places.
* significant damage to the air conditioning system due to smoke.
* clogging of various pipes as a result of saturated fats being poured into them.
* failure to maintain the overall appearance of the property.

Your failure to maintain the property according to the contract means that we have no choice but to initiate your removal from said property forthwith. A massive heart attack will follow shortly after receipt of this letter.
