Positive feedback

So after all the crap I've been having with my manager, I was in a prosecutors meeting today with two of my lawyers (and Jane on speaker phone) and the Director of the Ministry I work for, and Alvin thanked me for all my work and basically said the place wouldn't run without me. In front of the Big Boss of the place.

So bringing this up during my next performance review.
