Techno-nong Alert!

I need your help here, guys. I want to do the "Thoughts about LJ Friends" thingie that's going around, only I don't know how to do those little cutaway tags that everyone manages. Can someone show me? In very easy words?

Erf, turns out you can't use the Cut Text tag in comments... oh well...
