Ow.
At some point over the past couple of days, I've managed to wrench my right hip/pelvis/lower back. I'm still mobile, sort of, but geez it hurts. Especially if I try to lift anything. Rest, gentle stretching where I can and painkillers as I can stand them - Advil doesn't quite touch it, but anything stronger knocks me flat on my arse. Which is where I am right now - flat on my back on the couch, with my legs propped up on the arm.

If you have one of those little bean packs, heat it up in the microwave and rest it at the small of your back while you recline.

I do have a bean pack - it's more my right hip/pelvis than the small of my back, but I can drape it over there. Once I work up the effort to get up again. *wry*
