Ngggh

I just took a bath in what was effectively sleepy herb tea (bath infusion stuff supposed to help you sleep) and ye gods, it actually works. Falling comatose as I type. Hopefully I'll sleep through the back twinging, although it is much better today than it was yesterday - gentle movement (such as I get at work if I don't lift file boxes!) is much better than doing nothing.

Sleep now.
