Seriously, what kind of Court operates with no-one answering the phones!? I've tried six different numbers and gotten six different voicemails and I need something I've already asked for twice done today. I swear, I am ready to strangle someone with the telephone cord.

Possibilities:

1) THEY have committed a terrorist attack on the court, and the organs of state security are in the process of liberating it.

2) The court went to lunch at The Brass Rail at 10am and have yet to return.
