Maybe I should stick to meaningless fluff posts...
Seems like I seem to have stirred up... not a storm exactly, but mutterings. Of course, flying off the handle at Obsidian didn't help, but you know those buttons we all have? Well, Obsidian hit one of mine. For which I've apologised.
*grins wryly* No wonder I tend to write posts that have very little room for misunderstanding by the ficcer community, ie, they're about me. So, how about you all ignore my pontifications and I'll slink quietly back onto my nice comfy fence, eh? ;)
The plot bunnies are biting - I have so many stories on foot at the moment I can't seem to write any of them. And... oh crap, still haven't done Epi's beta yet. *pounds head on the table* I don't know where my concentration's gone - anyone find it, return it? The name's on the collar.
I have an appointment with a counsellor from Veteran's Affairs on Thursday at lunchtime. We shall see what happens - even if it helps with just the mood swings, I'd be happy.
Eh, can't really think of much to say. Congrats to the CBFFA winners so far -
lisew: *beams* This is so well-deserved. Kudos, Lisel.
Danell: "A Day No Pigs Would Die" gave me Benway-like shivers when I read it the first time, and I'm pleased to see I wasn't the only one who enjoyed it.
d_benway: The man himself. And what a story to win with. "In the Blood" does for the Bat-verse what "X-Manson" did for the X-folks.
mice: Better luck second time 'round. Anne is a delight to read and refreshingly normal in a supernormal world. :)
Well done also to all those nominated in the categories so far posted - voting was really tough this year, the standard being so high.
