Greetings from Jasper!

Just a quickie update on the expensive machine before a longer one hopefully tomorrow on the cheap one at the library.

We're in Jasper, doing laundry before heading out to the hostel we're staying at for the next couple of days, the Mt Edith Cavell HI. We had a great pub lunch, the first in a week, and our first beers in two. So I'm feeling extrememly mellow right now. Also, Gerg's pics are up at the site quoted below. :)

The Rockies are absolutely incredible. I'm suffering sensory overload.

Also, my credit card stinks. I've overloaded it again, and I have to wait a week for the payment to clear. Which means no access to money. Poor Gerg.

Yo! Missing you! I had to have four hour conversations with Lise AND the Dex/Doqz entity this weekend, because you aren't around to call, and so, so not forgiving you ever or ever for being drinking beer while I'm missing you.

I nearly borrowed your wings to wear to the Machine Gun Fellatio concert on the weekend, but it was too cold(!) to not wear a coat, so they would have looked funny.

Australians are apparently growing a brain, kinda, when it comes to people saying "Jump" about war. I hope I hope I hope.

I have to fix up my room before you come over.

I see you have been looking at mountains. That looks... like fun.

You keep mellow, and tell Gerg I order, yeah order him to feed you beer if you don't stay mellow. 'cause I'm the boss. But not red wine. Whoo, baby, not red wine. *grins*
