Making connections.

Not long back from seeing Amelie with Leanne and Julie. *smiles* My voice is rough from talking and laughing. We had something to eat at one of the local cafes afterwards (mmm, sushi! Real sushi with proper wasabi!) and talked and joked and generally had a good time. *heaves a contented sigh* I feel good. Really good.

One more day of work and then I'm free for a couple of days. No sleeping in on Saturday tho' - I need to get my butt over to the travel agent and talk to them about tickets for my trip. And visit David afterwards. More social stuff, whoo. :)

Bedtime for now, but. Just thought I'd share the happy feelings.

Mel's right - happiness is active. It's hard to be down when you're out doing something.
