One for Twiller

As part of this thread on Making Light, which I discovered this morning via [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] mentioning what can only be described as a Classic Internet Argument (complete with Fake Accounts, Threats of FBI and the ever-classic Flounce) on Amazon.com where an author took exception to a bad review of her book:

Lila@3: "I am also amused to find that disagreeing with someone on the internet is a federal crime."

Violation of US Title xkcd386.

Long explanation for a short quote, but it's kind of amusing to know trollish-ness and wangst are not solely the purview of fandom. Go read bits of it - it's a hoot.

And for those who prefer their humour less train-wrecky, there's this handy pictorial guide to avoiding camera loss, found via [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com].

Wait, you know [livejournal.com profile] erindubitably? I wonder if she's the same person I met at the MetaFilter party this past summer?
