...I'm in the market for a new pair of glasses. We went and tried a bunch on and narrowed it down to four. Because I have no concept of what looks good in terms of glasses, I'm opening it up for opinions.

I think... 3 is my least favourite, 2 is great for seeing your face, and 1 and 4 are very pretty and stylish.

4 suits your face well, both in color and in shape. 2 isn't bad, but strikes me a just a tad bit too mature. Avoid 1 & 3, they're much too harsh (especially 3).

2 & 4 are my favourites, but I think 2 suits your face shape a teeny bit more? I don't love 3, and I think 1 might be overpowering, but 2 or 4 are both good options. (I voted for 2.)

And just to note - I actually got my optometrist to put my new lenses in my old glasses, because the only glasses around at the moment are square and they DO NOT suit me. So he shaped them for my old glasses instead :)

I like it when people think laterally to help you :)

I like 2! I like 4, as well, but 2 def. opens up your face. Wow, that sounds gruesome. I mean 2 more fully exposes your face to a grateful public. Which do you like best?

Heh. I'm still trying to look at the photos without going "ugh, I look like a hobo". ;P

It's a toss up between 2 and 4 for me - I'm trying to decide. I also think I need a haircut, so I'll be booking that one sooner than later and might see if that helps me pick. ;)
