French translation, SVP

I got the following email re accomodation in Quebec in February. I think I know what it is, but I'd appreciate a translation to be sure I'm not messing things up. After all, money is at stake here.

Bonjour Madame,

Suzanne

I think they are regretting that their B&B is full but they have a queen bed with private bathroom at the hotel next to the B&B for 95+tax.

But it's been 15 years since my high school French so don't take my word for it.

I suspect that breakfast is not that hard to find in most parts of Quebec City.

My stab at translation:

Unfortunately, our inn is full. We've found you a room with a queen-sized bed and private bath at the hotel JduG, which is on a neighbouring street. They want 95+taxes per night, and do not include breakfast.

We want your credit card info and day of arrival to make a reservation.

We hope that you can drop by our hotel (?).

Quebec City has many, many fine breakfast places. Just saying - pretty nom.
