Back to the doctor I go

I'm tired of riding the Captain Paranoia Crazy Rollercoaster. Back with me to the doctor next week, to see about my meds. After nearly two years, it's entirely possible I've developed a tolerance for them and they're not working as well any more; my behaviour over the past couple of months should be a big indicator of that.

I know how hard that can be but I think that's a really good idea. Especially considering what Frito mentioned - even things like allergy medicine might lose their effect over time due to certain things, so I'm not surprised that other meds do too.

Friday. And yes, anti-depressants do have the tolerance thing, as I saw with the ex. Which is even less of an excuse for me to wait so damn long before realising. But yeah, I'm having breakdowns at least twice a week at the moment, so I definitely need to do something.

And also, two years might mean newer, better meds, too. *hugs*
