How's this for a formal application to a court to have a fine reduced?

"R I'm guessing he means "dear" Sir, I was bloody drunk when the ticket inspector caught me, even I don't remember that when they caught me...

I've edited it into something a little closer to English (in this job I have learned to read Gibberish rather well) for my readers, but still, I like the blunt honesty there.

And yes, I did reduce his fine - he deserved a little something for the laugh he gave me. ;)

It is wonderful, isn't it? I've been playing it almost non-stop since I got it, and I think my work mates are about to make me eat it. ;) And the show's in July you say? Coolness - only I have to save enough money for both David and Coldplay now. *pouts*
