How's this for a formal application to a court to have a fine reduced?
"R I'm guessing he means "dear" Sir, I was bloody drunk when the ticket inspector caught me, even I don't remember that when they caught me...
...Give me one chance and I will be carefull next time. I'm the responsible citizen. Plz give me one more chance."
I've edited it into something a little closer to English (in this job I have learned to read Gibberish rather well) for my readers, but still, I like the blunt honesty there.
And yes, I did reduce his fine - he deserved a little something for the laugh he gave me. ;)
