It took me a while, but yes, this is a very cool idea. :) Maybe Dark Mark's "Mutant Hunter" series (very "Bladerunner"-esque), your "The Sum Of Zero" and some of the other stories that are out there but which slip my mind at the moment... *has a flash* Amanda's Pete Wisdom story, the Hellblazer crossover, where Pete gets his blood sucked out...
