So, I went through my icons filter and updated my icons. I'm one short of my quota of 121, which is a little frightening when you think about it. However, there's just so many shinies, and I do tend to use most of them at least once a month...

Today is icon day. I uploaded six or seven new ones for me and went a little crazy elsewhere. Any way, enjoy!

Also the Chair of Plague at Infrastructure Ontario, where I was temping (three people got sick in quick succession sitting there) has claimed another victim. No, not me - somehow the roomie managed to get it.

PS: And what's with all the people moving to Toronto? [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], I think we have the Mind Control Laser turned up a little too high.

Uploaded about twenty new icons - I'm slowly creeping up to that 100 limit. Some are from my [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] character [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], who I retired this weekend (along with my other character [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]) that I wanted to keep for myself, some are icons I made using pictures taken by [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] (with permission) that he has posted in his photography LJ [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]. Others come from the talented [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] that [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] put me onto - I just wish her journal background was less conflicting with the text - it gets hard to read sometimes. I restrained myself to one new Firefly icon since I have about ten of them now, a new Farscape one which is very pretty and a couple of Buffy ones.

I also added one of Maggie Cheung in Hero that I made for [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] but liked so much I wanted it on both. ;)

Everything's been attributed to in keywords, and I've added sources for the ones from various TV shows, movies, comics etc for the curious/clueless.

And now I probably should head to bed. Night all!

So, according to [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], we have tickets to see Serenity for tomorrow evening, 7:20pm. At the casino, but hey, we make these sacrifices for the things we obsess over. As long as the bastards don't stick us in the front row again like they did for Matrix Reloaded.

I've also been over to the Browncoats site and grabbed a bunch of icons. So I have 47 out of a possible 100 uploaded now.

Yes, it's very sad.

Edit: Had to log off in the middle of this due to massive thunderstorms. Since frying computers is a bad thing.

Well, not quite, but it's been a busy night reports-wise. The deathpixie handle is getting a little too appropriate.

I've spent part of the evening (when not actually taking death reports, arranging undertakers, making up body cards and entering the death in the book), trawling Google for icons-ness. I have many, many icons-in-potentia. Virtual icons, if you like. *grins* Just need to devote some time to downloading the images from the email o' links and cropping them to fit. May even try my hand at some tweaking stuff for a couple of Amanda ones - I'm feeling adventurous.

*hmms* Must remember to track down something work-appropriate...

So, back at work again - I've been conscious for three hours. Meh.

But, tonight's It. The last night shift, unless I've miscounted the time I'm in the front office for. And, in order to maintain the tradition, I'm going to ask the roleplaying people (and hell, anyone else who wants to watch my language skills gradually deteriorate over thirteen hours), to email me. Think of it guys, Rossi in real time during your day at work.

The 5pm madness is slowly abating, thank goodness. Now to catch up the paperwork the afternoon shift couldn't get at.

Also, have uploaded various more icons, some old, some shiny and new from various sources. I was trawling for pictures last night, but the work comp has no graphics programs and I wasn't capable of the brain function for icon making today. Tomorrow, I think.
