The joys of Skype...
Mar. 23rd, 2011 11:27 amI had a Skype call with my parents over the weekend, while they were taking care of Zoe. She's so big!
Her hair is exactly the same colour as mine is naturally, only thicker and wavier. She's a little chatterbox, says "please" and "thank you" and loves dinosaurs and wants a little sister.
I don't want children of my own, but damn, my niece is awesome. :)

And January 13 marks the first anniversary of a Very Important Event - me becoming an auntie. Zoe Lee had her 1st birthday, yesterday in Australia/today here. *throws confetti* She's as adorable as ever, as the photographic evidence from Christmas (sent by my own auntie Lea), can attest:

Aug. 30th, 2009 10:52 amAs part of my Christmas present from Johnny and Mindy last year, they're taking me to see a Shakespeare play. In Stratford. :) I'll be leaving soonish, and I don't expect to be back until lateish tonight, so I'll be offline for the day. Have a good one, people.

I still maintain my niece is adorable. Here's proof:
She's seven and a half weeks old now. Can't wait to see her in April.
In other news, spring seems to be on its way - massive high of 16 degrees C here yesterday, soaking rains today. It's nice to be able to open the windows up a bit and air the place out.

Zoe update
Jan. 16th, 2009 03:39 pmEmail from Dad today - Zoe's home with her parents and they're having fun with Baby's First Toxic Waste Nappy, by all accounts. There are also more pics from the hospital. :)

This was going to be just a birthday post for Cozza (whose LJ name is too damn long for me to remember off-hand!) but it's been slightly hijacked. Sorry mate.
WELCOME TO THE WORLD, ZOE LEE HOWARD!!!!
Eva went into labour at 2:30 a.m. and just had the baby about half an hour ago. Mum and daughter both well, I don't have any stats or photos yet, but my parents are heading down there now and photos have been demanded. Apparently she has a full head of black hair and my brother says she looks like a sumo wrestler.
So yeah Cozza, you share a birthday with my neice. :) Or would, except Australia's a day ahead.
Edit: 8 pounds 5 ounces, not sure of the length, with my ears.
