If you think the rockies are beautiful, wait till I show you mountains like them that drop down to sheer ocean below. Sharp crags and the Pacific, baby. The south west coast of BC (and yes, I'm biased but hey) is some of the most beautiful -- and stark -- scenery in the world. and I've seen a fair thwack of scenery.
Grey rock, grey ocean, sharpness everywhere. Trees growing out of the cliffs. pines. arbutus. it's amazing.
Still not sure when precisely y'all are going to show up or for how long, but if you have time, there's lots to see here. ;)
