I put in some extra work Wednesday night for TKD doing conditioning. And my stomach muscles are now hating me.
We did the opposite of your workout. Instead of kick sparring with no hand techniques, we did hand sparring with no kick techniques. :) And anything-goes sparring is a good thing, as long as you have the control for it. Out on the street, point sparring isn't going to do you a lot of good.
And yay for "dem sticks", as one of my TKD buddies calls it. :)
