Thing is, I do eat garlic. Quite a lot of it, actually, almost as much as I do onion. So whatever effect it has is generally diluted by the whole baseline level of it I have in my system at any one time. Echinacea is something I don't take regularly, only when I'm getting sick, so it works better. And I managed to get the last jar of lysine at the chemist today (damn you, Pan!), so my immune system should be receiving the vitamin equivalent of a jumpstart by a Mac truck now. ;)
