Another working day draws to a close...

Nothing remarkable to report - came to work, did a whole bunch of applications, had the launching of the PERIN handbook, complete with free food (the only way to get public servants enthusiastic about things, give them food/alcohol), and then did some more applications until I got bored. Argued with a co-worker about the appropriate use of apostrophes. Oh, and one of my co-workers' betta died, a casualty, we suspect, of the boss's farewell last Friday night. So much for drinking like a fish.

Only one more day of work, tho'. I took Friday off to go play with [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]. A return to The 9th Ward is planned, with Phil hoping to see it sober, since he can't remember actually being there last time when [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] was down. And karate tonight, which will be good since there was no training on Monday owning to the Queen's Birthday weekend.

And in an hour I'm meeting up with [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], "lj user= "_bounce_"> and [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] for a little tete a tete before training.

Life is good. If somewhat random.
