Yona's already answered this, but not as a reply, so you might have missed it unless you have been keeping an eye on this thread.

Yellow - overall leader of the race.

Green - best sprinter. That is, fastest over the set sprints they have preiodically.

Polka-dot (red dots on white) - King of the Mountain. Best time on the mountain stages.

White - Best young rider (under 25)
