BRM surprised me last night, by suggesting we go see Shrek in Albury (where the only cinema is). It was a bit of a dash, but we got there in time, and enjoyed the film immensely. I don't think I stopped laughing all the way through.

I needed that. :)

There's some places where people go for 'laughing therapy' - in Japan or Korea or somehwere in the Asian region, can't quite remember where. They've discovered laughing can actually make ill people feel better, and prevent stress. Obvious, but sometimes we forget simple stuff like that.

Mum rang this morning (got me out of bed, where I was reading Neverwhere again and drinking coffee BRM had made before he left for Melbourne), and Dad's good to take me over to Albury next week for that eye appointment. Which is excellent, since it's impossible to see after your pupils have been dilated. And I think I'm going to need someone else there, should the news be bad. But I'm probably just blowing this up. Like the doctor said, it would be a worry if the flashes of light were on my peripheral, not in the middle, like they are.

Yep, going to hang onto that thought.
