"Hanging on the telephone..."

It's strange how it is that you communicate better with certain people via certain means. Some people you can communicate better with on the phone than through chat or email or whatever. Something about the verbal cues. Other people you gel with no matter what.

I wonder if it's a trust thing. The more direct the communication, the less barriers there are.
