For Lise, 'cause Mel told me to

Last night the three of us (Mel, Dex adn I) went to the Yellow Griffin for our weekly dose of Johnny Devil and the Screaming Demons. And it was there that we found out that that night's gig was being taped. And that one of the songs was "You Sound Like Louis Burdett". It'll take until next week to get mixed and cleaned and all the rest of it, but Lisel? We'll have Johnny and the Demons doing the Whitlams immortalised.

Also, people in the pub are beginning to like the song quite a lot. This gives me a happy.

Oh, and they played "Rosy and Grey for me - Lowest of the Low, although the version I know is by Weddings Parties Anything. And they changed the chorus to "Everything's Rossi and grey", which made me blush to the tips of my ears. I'm such a groupie, I swear.

For everyone else: Toronto goes well. Lots of sleeping and reading and movie watching going on this week, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. And Ali and I are doing Something on Friday, once we organise it. Should be fun. :)


Solaris is one wacky movie. And we've been logging for Persephone, which required watching Firefly episodes again. Life is so hard...
