Blargh.

Apparently my body insisted on a day off - woke up and had my shower, threw up, went back to bed. I think I've eaten something that isn't agreeing with me.

In other news... I went and saw Superman Returns last night at the Imax theatre. In 3d even. I'm not a huge fan of Supes (he's a little too clean-cut as a hero for me) but I really enjoyed the movie. Especially the little touches, the little tributes to the first two movies, the nods towards canon etc that you always expect from Bryan Singer. And a especially liked the relationships - they were far more realistic than you'd have expected from a Hollywood movie based on a comic. Another of Singer's quirks, perhaps.

Life has been... busy. Insanely so, in fact, hence the lack of updating. Work is going great guns (I survived my two days alone with flying colours and Tuesday I learnt how to do expenses for my lawyers). We've had Dex's old school friend Chris staying for a couple of days. I went to the Pride parade last Sunday and had a lot of fun. This weekend is the Canada Day long weekend and so far we have no plans, but that's okay. The vertigo is manageable - it's been worse this week because I've been short on sleep, but the exercises do work and it's a matter of making time for those.

Hmm, now to see if my stomach's accepting food...
