Back in the deep end

So, back at work after a glorious week of sun, pasta and travelling. I have the notes written for my travelblogging, just need to transcribe them, so watch this space for details and links. ;)

Surprise meeting at 10 - turns out they hired a prosecutor on contract while I was gone and she started today. So yeah, a bit of a scramble while I met my new charge, on top of working out what my back up had and hadn't done. No disasters yet, at least? But yeah, work is a bit busy today and I am in no shape whatsoever to deal with it.

Oh, and apparently I won a mountain bike while I was gone for participating in the Green Commute thingie the other month. Go me? :)
