I did pretty well, I think. I was nervous, but not paralysingly so, and two of the panel are managers I've worked with and have something of a rapport with anyway, so that helped. I answered the questions confidently and didn't waffle too much, gave lots of examples, and a nice little "Go DoJ!" summary at the end. *grins*
I'm glad I didn't find out who else was applying before I went in - I would have choked for sure. But it's done, I've given it a damn good shot, and if I don't get it, I'm definitely going to be asking for feedback on why. Results will be announced next week - they want to fill the spot as soon as possible.
