Bright spot

deathpixieOne thing that's brightened my day today. I bought a new shirt on Tuesday night, a white one that is cut Chinese-style, with the high collar and those nifty little knot-and-tag combinations as fasteners (I can't really explain it better than that!). It's a little snug, but that's not entirely a bad thing.
I've had no less than six people tell me I look nice today, including Poppy, fashion guru of PERIN, who said I look very elegant (and I'm wearing jeans!). Considering I feel like Reg Shoe on a bad zombie day, this is a good thing.
Sometimes it's the small stuff that makes a difference.
