I spy with my little eye in my work cubicle right now...

1) The ceramic teddy bear statue my co-worker Peta gave to me as a thank you for helping her section out and for being her shoulder massage slave.

2) A nectarine. I love nectarines. I've been sniffing it, anticipating sweet, juicy goodness.

3) The Rememberance Day poppy I bought on the way into work today. Not quite Rememberance Day yet (11th November), but I always try and buy one. It's currently sitting on my computer with my "No War" badge - the two go rather well together, I think.

Something on my desk that doesn't make me happy right now is the file from a particular nuffy who I have to call back today. I've been putting it off all morning, mainly because it doesn't matter what I tell him, he's still going to yell at me. :P

Ah well, might as well bite the bullet and get it over and done with.

Oh, and I'm shifting desks today, back over to revocations. New work number to be posted in a locked post following.

Awww. Poppies. I always make a point to get one- this is the first year I haven't in as long as I can remember. It irks me that they don't do poppies in the States. So much for 'lest we forget'. >.
