Clothing identity crisis

I'm wearing a skirt today. This is not an unusual thing, especially in the warmer months, and especially at work. And it's a very nice skirt. But there is one problem - my skirt is having an identity crisis. It seems to feel it should be a belt, or perhaps underwear. Which means that any kind of movement on my part requires me to yank the damn thing back down before my coworkers see more of me than anyone should without at least dinner or a few drinks first.

Once I ripped my skirt at work by rolling over the hem with my desk chair. After that I said better too short than too long. ;)

Oh, definitely - I've done the "rolling over on the long skirt" trick too, and just about ripped the whole thing off. And my skirt isn't that short. It just has this unfortnate habit of sneaking up, especially while I'm walking - it goes from just-above-knee to micro-mini in the distance it takes to get from my desk to the bathroom...
