One thing worth checking out with the agents - some Estate Agents are happy to hand out keys over-night for you to take back the next morning. If so, I can always jump on a tram and head down to pick some up throughout the day (we have unofficial flexi-time here ;)) so you can take a look at some places in the evening, and then I can chuck the keys back in to the agency the next morning. Gimme a call if you can get anything sorted.
Re: bikes. Yet to become a follow of the way of the cyclist, but with any luck will be able to manage it post-christmas. Finances will be a bit tricky, cos I've just seen how much it costs to go Kiteboarding, but should be able to sort something out.
Hot weather. Yeah. Great for the beach, not so good for the walk into work this morning...
