Bring on menopause is what I say!
Dec. 17th, 2003 03:45 pmYep, it's that time again, and because I used the Pill to skip last period, it's a doozy. All I want to do is go home and curl up until the cramps go away.
Can I mention again that this is a really sucky biological function?
Also extremely bored. Work's all done, and whilst I'm on the front counter, that hasn't meant that much in the way of things to do, since everyone's hiding from the rather extreme heat. I'm on the tram tonight, having had to bring my Kris Kringle gift in (a bottle of Oxford Landing Merlot and two el cheapo red wine glasses), which is probably a good thing.
Gah, at this rate I'm tempted to read peoples' RotK reviews, which is precisely what I didn't want to do because I'd be all consumed by jealousy and such. Maybe I could work at clearing out the Buffy fic backlog in my yahoo account...

Not to depress you but...
Date: 2003-12-17 02:48 pm (UTC)Now I better find something to say to put a smile back on your face, um. Well first, thanks for the letter, going to reply. Hmm the funniest thing I can think of right now involves me and my bike. I got on it again after a long absence and I gather it was not thrilled with being turned over to the girls in the interim. For some reason her brakes decided to work much better than they used to causing me to do a rather nifty(if viewed by someone else) handlebar vault. I landed in what was left of a melted snowman mostly uninjured. Thank heavens there were no camera's nearby.
