I don't think drinking a lot of water can make you vomit. Hmm...I know if you get over-hydrated your brain can swell and you die, but that tends to be if you're drinking two letres in under a few minutes so, you know.
I'd say, probably either something you ate, or icky virus related. And not the cute plushy viruses either...
