Keep in mind you can take both Tylenol (acetometiphine?) and Advil (ibuprofen) simultaneously, as they work on two different parts of the body. So the Advil will take care of swelling and inflammation and the Tylenol will get rid of the nerve pain. Promise this is safe - they do it in ERs in the US regularly.
